Prepare the Package
Securely pack your VAULTBAG® items in their original dust bags and shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
